Big Boy Brunch – French Toast with Bacon and Strawberries
Pop your bacon in the grill. You know how to cook bacon on a grill.
Grab a bowl flat enough for you to whip up the milk, eggs and sugar. Proceed to whip up your milk, egg and sugar.
In a frying pan on medium heat, plop your butter in and let it melt but not burn.
Dip, a slice at a time, your bread into your eggy/milky mix and ensure it gets proper drenched in it. Don’t be tight.
Transfer into the frying pan, two slices at a time lying flat in the butter. Cook these for three minutes or so each side.
Take the stem off your strawberries and cut them in half.
Slice the bread into triangle halves and stack them with bacon in between.
Grab a sieve and shower your stack in icing sugar. The drizzle all that lovely syrup on top.
